Colin MossHILLHILL COLIN MOSS. Joyce, Stephen, Julie, Tracey and Andrew would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for al the support given at this time of sadness and during Colin's illness, also for the many cards and expressions of sympathy. Sincere thanks to Dr Hamdy, Dr Lawrence and district nurses at the Millcroft Medical Centre for all their support during the last few years, Dr Taylor and his team at Wythenshaw Hospital, Macmillan Nurse Nicola and staff in the daycare and incare at St Lukes (Cheshire) Hospice, Winsford. Special thanks to Mr John Sleigh who read the eulogy and Father David Johnson for the lovely service.
